Help us give back to the local Vancouver community. Zonta convention attendees will be packing hot or cold weather kits for Covenant House Vancouver. Covenant House Vancouver is a non-profit organization that provides support to young people, aged 16–24, who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. Our continuum of programs and services supports youth on their journey, and we use evidence-based practices to ensure that we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
By assembling these kits for the youth that Covenant House serves, you will provide young people with essentials to take care of themselves and honor their dignity. We thank our members for purchasing all of the items needed for the kits. We look forward to seeing you at the packing stations in the Regency Ballroom hallway, on Saturday, 11 July.
